7 Days of Silence

”In the spring of 2009 I traveled to Rishikesh, India, with friends. As part of our stay at the Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama Ashram we undertook a two-day silence practice. It was a satisfying experience and left me wanting more. So, in the fall of 2009, I returned to the ashram alone to undertake a longer practice.
