Immerse Yourself in Himalayan Tradition with Swami Veda
Please join us for our Seventh Himalayan Yoga & Meditation Teacher Association Retreat. This year our theme is “Immerse yourself in Himalayan Tradition”. During the retreat, you will experience the Ashram lifestyle starting your day with morning prayers, meditation, and hatha. During the day, you will experience the teachings from the Tradition with Swami (Ma) Radha and Gary Gran. Finally, you will enjoy the evening with “guided meditation, and sitting with Swami Veda, a Himalayan Master”. The program will also include special events, and open time periods for personal introspection.
