There is junior high school, Saraswati Vidya Niketan near Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama. I started giving yoga classes to the students of school two times in a week. I want to share my experience of first time teaching yoga.

There are 55 boys and 50 girls at the school. I give one class to boys and one to girls. When I had first class I remembered Gurudev on way to the school. When I started teaching, I felt a lot of hesitation because it was my first time to teach any class. And this was a children’s class. I think it was only for one day. Next day I was confident and I thanked Gurudeva to help me.

Some children are very naughty. First I teach them with love, but if they didn't listen then I became little strict to them. I feel very nice because I like teaching yoga to children. Teaching yoga for me is a new learning. The children also liked to learn yoga. Especially, girls are very interested in learning because I have seen them waiting for the yoga class. They say that we were waiting for the Thursday and our teacher.

I start my every class with Guru-mantra.

I especially thank to Didi Tejaswini to provide me this opportunity to teach yoga.
