A Writing Inspired on Bhaja Govindam

Oh, Lord of Life! Grant me the strength and humility to revere You and surrender to You at every moment.
May the breezes of my thoughts lead me to Thee.
May the flames of my speech soften for Thee.
And may the purity and freedom of my actions rest forever in You.

Oh, Lord of Life! May the revealing rays of Truth
Dispel all the confusion created by the mistaken and limiting associations of the mind to objects of the senses
As well as the illusion of identification with pleasure and suffering constantly experienced in the world.

Oh, Lord of life! May Your guidance be understood in whatever form it may be used to express itself
And that the required purifications and improvements, even if gradually, are properly carried out.
For it is in You, the One who underlies my heart and that of all things, that absolute bliss resides.

Oh, Lord of Life! May courage, clarity and discernment dawn by Your grace, and I realize that You never needed to be sought, for You were always - and forever - within my very Self.

May the real Knowledge lodge in my heart and flourish, to then merge in the Infinite Wisdom and manifest It in its totality and splendour through my whole being!

Oh, Senhor da Vida! Conceda-me a força e a humildade para reverenciá-lo e render-me a Ti a todo o instante
Que as brisas dos meus pensamentos conduza-me à Ti
Que as labaredas do meu discurso suavizem-se por Ti
E que a pureza e liberdade das minhas ações repousem eternamente em Ti

Oh, Senhor da Vida! Que os raios reveladores provenientes da Verdade
Dissipem toda a confusão criada pelas associações equivocadas e limitantes da mente aos objetos dos sentidos
Bem como a ilusão das identificações ao prazer e ao sofrimento constantemente experienciada no mundo.

Oh, Senhor da Vida! Que a Tua orientação possa ser compreendida através de toda e qualquer forma que ela se utilizar para expressar-se
E que as purificações e aprimoramentos requeridos, ainda que gradualmente, sejam devidamente realizados.
Pois é em Ti, aquele que subjaz em meu âmago e no de todas as coisas, que a bem-aventurança absoluta reside.

Oh, Senhor da Vida! Que pela Tua graça a coragem, a clareza e o discernimento alvoreçam e eu perceba que Tu nunca precisaste ter sido buscado, pois sempre – e para sempre – estivestes no interior do meu próprio Ser.

Possa o real Conhecimento alojar-se em meu coração e florescer, para então fundir-se na Sabedoria Infinita e manifestá-la em sua totalidade e esplendor através de todo o meu ser!
