Transformational Practices within the Himalayan Yoga Tradition online satsanga
– Zoom Satsanga Series
Himalayan Yoga is a path leading to complete transformation of personality from one that is outer- directed, materially focused, to one that is inner-directed and is focused on Self-realization. An essential practice on this path is to gather and share presence and knowledge with other seekers in “satsanga.”
In this ongoing twice-monthly, hour- long workshop and satsanga, we will
• Review and practice key methods that support our progress on the path.
• Talk and share of our lives and stories of the tradition.
• Meditate together.
This warm and friendly group is open to practitioners at all levels.
The program is led by senior teacher Mokshadeva Randall Krause, who spent much time learning from and serving Swami Veda Bharati. He has taught in India, Asia, Europe and North America, and is a Senior Mentor and Teacher in the HYT Teacher Training Program. He is a Continuing Education Provider for Yoga Alliance and so the time spent in the workshop with him can qualify for Yoga Alliance continuing education credit.
