SUMMARY:Silence Retreat in the Swiss Alps
DESCRIPTION:When: 28-31 August 2025 \nWhere: Hotel Balance\, Les Granges\, Switzerland \nProgramme:  \nThis retreat invites you to immerse yourself in Silence surrounded by the majestic mountains of the Valais region\, with panoramic views of snow-capped peaks. \nEach day of the retreat includes a combination of guided and silent meditation sessions\, gentle hatha yoga classes\, guided deep relaxation practices\, and evening Satsang (group discussion of meditation\, philosophy and lifestyle). Delicious vegetarian meals will be provided\, and there will be ample time for rest and reflection. You may wish to enjoy a hike in the beautiful mountain surroundings\, or take a dip in the hotel natural pool together with a relaxing sauna. On Saturday you will be invited to enjoy a full day of complete silence\, while following the programme schedule of yoga practice. \nFor more information\, you may also contact AHYMSIN Switzerland directly at ahymsinch@gmail.com or follow them on Facebook or Instagram. \n
