DESCRIPTION:Come and join this unique in-person retreat\, at the Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama (SRSG) ashram in Rishikesh with Pandit Ashutosh Sharma\, and catch a glimpse of the subtleties of hatha yoga as taught within the Himalayan Tradition of Yoga Meditation. \n\nThis retreat will allow a true seeker to learn the processes of balancing Ha and Tha\, the solar and the lunar forces that exist within all of us. The true essence of all Asana and Surya Namaskara practice is fundamentally this learning of how to balance these forces that are always active and fluctuating within all the layers of our composite personality. \nDuring this retreat\, you will also begin to experience your asana practice as a joyful process of witnessing a sentience coordination of movements and stillness within the body\, a smooth flow of the breath\, and the conscious relaxation and activation on all levels\, leading you towards a deep meditative state of silence.
