DESCRIPTION:Swami Tat Sat Bharati will be teaching\na “Yoga and Martial Arts” workshop\nat Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama (SRSG) in Rishikesh\, India\,\n“What is the principle of karate and kung fu? Attention\, just attention. You don’t divert your mind elsewhere\, just one-pointed mind.”  \n– Swami Rama \n“The yogis invented all the martial arts of India\, and still continue them. There was no greater martial arts expert than Swami Rama of the Himalayas.”  \n– Swami Veda Bharati \nSwami Tat Sat has practiced yoga since 1980 and is a student of HH Swami Rama of the Himalayas and Swami Veda Bharati. He is 7th Dan Aikido and has practiced aikido since 1973. A disciple of Master Tada Hiroshi\, 9th Dan Aikido and other high-ranking Japanese Aikido masters. He lives in the Berlin\, Germany\, area and is the founder and director of Institut für Yoga & Aikido where yoga is taught in the tradition of Swami Rama.
