The true essence of all Asana and Surya Namaskara practice is fundamentally this learning of how to balance these forces that are always active and fluctuating within all the layers of our composite personality. \nDuring this retreat\, you will also begin to experience your asana practice as a joyful process of witnessing a sentience coordination of movements and stillness within the body\, a smooth flow of the breath\, and the conscious relaxation and activation on all levels\, leading you towards a deep meditative state of silence.
