(Same at levels 2 and 3 are yet to be recorded). The meanings of these terms wil become clear as you listen to the recordings. Master one at a time before proceeding to the next one.
Cultivating Meditative Voice (prerequisite: philosophy of alphabet) How to guide relaxation and meditation from experiential depth. Essential for all who guide such practices at whatever level even to children or lecture on the topic. Contains theory and practices.
