New release: Lectures on Yoga Sutras: Mind by Swami Rama. Available for purchase as download at https://store.cdbaby.com/cd/swamirama22.

“In this introductory lecture, given by Swami Rama's to his American students in early 1977, he continues his discussion of the 1st four sutras, examines the yoga concept of mind and its modifications, and teaches us that in order to reach the goal of yoga we must bring our mind under control. He explains that to know our true nature we first must understand mind, its various functions and its modifications. By having control over the modifications of mind we can attain a state that is free from all pain and miseries and become established in our essential nature.”

The book Clearing the Path: The Yoga Way to a Clear & Pleasant Mind: Patanjali, Neuroscience, and Emotion by Dr. Stephen Parker (Stoma) has been published and is available for purchase from Lotus Press, Amazon, and others.
