August Open House for Hym-LA’s New Home

Himalayan Yoga Meditation - L.A. is getting a new home: The Rancho Meditation Sanctuary. It will be a place where people can learn the practices, wisdom, and lifestyle of the Himalayan Tradition and of complementary authentic disciplines. 

Our first big public event is scheduled for Saturday, August 29, beginning at 3:00 PM.

This event will begin with an open house with light refreshments, so people can meet those who are establishing the Sanctuary and have a look at it. Then, beginning at 3:26 PM the afternoon program will begin. The theme of the program is the Divine Feminine. The event is by donation ($10 suggested).

The program is as follows:

1. Welcome and introductory talk by Randall Krause
2. Talk by Swami Ma Radha Bharati on Being a Woman Swami
3. Talk by Linda Johnsen on The Divine Goddess and Women Saints of India
4. Kirtan with Michael Dunn 
5. Full Moon Meditation

The program ends at 8:30 PM
