Himalayan Yoga Tradition Karuizawa Retreat in Japan

Preparations for Yoga Nidra
“From silence, we begin and into silence, we merge and re-enter, but we never quite forget our origin in silence. Every night we tire of the noise of the day and we enter the silence of sleep involuntarily. The only difference is that the yogi sleeps consciously, but the common person sleeps unconsciously” (~ Swami Veda Bharati, Yoga Nidra – Sleepless sleep).
Yoga-nidra (Yogic Sleep) is the experience of a state of Conscious Sleep in which a student shows all the symptoms of deep sleep. The first preparatory level of yoga-nidra is a state of deep relaxation.
In this 3-day retreat with Rabindra Sahu from Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama (SRSG), Rishikesh, India, you will practice Hatha Yoga and Pranayama practices in the Himalayan Tradition, and preparations for Yoga Nidra, which will help you re-discover your true Self residing in the heart cave.
A peaceful and quiet environment surrounded by nature would allow you to stay away from daily life and focus on yourself.
