The March 2026 Sangha gathering was once again such a heart and soul nourishing experience. I met so many familiar spiritual friends and family from around the world and made some new beautiful connections. Being at the ashram with the sangha always feels like coming home. It is truly a home away from home  I feel loved, nourished, and cared for throughout my stay. The ambiance at the Ashram, with the spring season and so many gorgeous flowers in bloom with the Himalayan ranges in the background, adds to the magic.

The spiritual talks and panel discussions by our beloved senior teachers are going to add towards deepening my spiritual journey, along with the new Sangha Mantra shared by Swami Ritavan ji. The 24-hour unbroken recitation of the mantra and the Yagna felt divine and cleansing for the mind and spirit….

I am going back to my routine life with lots of heartwarming spiritual gifts to deepen my practice until next year, when I am back again to replenish my bowl…

With lots of love and gratitude to the lineage,
