We all go through a spectrum of emotions and life experiences. According to ancient wisdom, the constant and continuous act of self-observation and purification help us examining the sources of our pains and unhappiness. Only by accurately identifying and examining these sources can we effectively uproot our sufferings. The choice to come out of existing conditionings of the mind is solely our own act of volition.

This retreat is an invitation to embark on the journey of self-improvement and emotional purification which naturally leads to a pleasant mind (chitta-prasadanam). In this retreat with Dr Divya Gupta and Dr Swati Saharan, both psychologists by training, we will attempt to foster self-awareness that can help us alleviate negativity, cultivate inner strength and establishing profound meaningful relationship with others. We will learn from Swami Veda Bharati’s book of same title on how to prepare ourselves, and then how to foster and nurture healthy relations with others in our life.
