Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama hosted a training session of the HYT-TTP October 5th -19th, 2008.  It was a lovely time of year and the ashram was busy with guests from all over the world.

Introducing AHYMSIN

The Association of Himalayan Yoga Meditation Societies International (AHYMSIN) is a world-wide affiliation of centers and initiates. Mahamandaleshwara Swami Veda Bharati, a disciple of H. H. Sri Swami Rama, provided the impetus for founding AHYMSIN. Initiates from around the world met at Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama in Rishikesh, India, in 2007 to officially form AHYMSIN.

2 Minute Meditation

Even at home you can do this. A good possiblity to integrate the 2 minute meditation into a daily schedule is doing them every time before you begin doing a new activity and after finishing an activity. You can also use otherwise wasted time, like waiting for paying in a store, sitting in a taxi, waiting for a bus, during a television commercial. Be creative, it is just 2 minutes.
